Recently Google announced a new type of image ads (sponsored promotions) in Gmail called GSP.
Which i guess most of us have noticed in our inbox. Some people tweeted about it too ;)

 So, what is Gmail sponsored Promotion Ads?

GSP Ads are basically an innovative engaging ad format for Gmail.
These ads are mainly shown on the promotion tab.

Why GSP Ads ?

With over 425 million and growing, active users this ad format is surely a good a money/business making formula for both Google and Clients using this potential platform.

How to create GSP Ads ?

 As an advertiser its always good to have new ad space to target and also someone working only on Adwords regular search and Display campaign would be happy to get something new in his job profile.

GSP is still not available for all countries, however if your agency/company has Singapore or US billing you can create a GSP account and start advertising.

According to Google and personal experience CPC's of GSP ads are way too low and increasing due to more players entering the market. Also, the strong targeting options it provides helps in boosting CTR 200% more than regular gmail text ads.
